Does anyone know if these are machine washable? What’s best way to wash/clean them?

I would not machine wash these. I always air dry after use to prevent bacteria build up. Hand wash in warm soapy water (easiest when you shower after gym) hang to dry.

Do these work well with the lat pull down bar??

These work well with any kind of fitness bar. Haven't come across one that didn't fit these straps.
