I have a 2016 Buick regal. I got the key cut at a local hardware store for $10, He tried the key into the door as well as the ignition but first he used my old key to start it up then proceeded with this newly cut key and it started right up. I initially was gonna program the key when I got home for the buttons to work buttttttt lucky me I kept the new key in the ignition I purchased from Amazon for about $15 and it programmed itself to my car. So now I have 2 keys one with all the buttons that work & the old one that most buttons work except one which is the lock button. The flip key works perfectly but it is a slightly loose, just be careful how you handle your key. Don’t be rough with it & turn it aggressively. Not gonna lie I was scared to purchase this product but I definitely recommend it!!!

It was a long process to program the key to my 14 Chevy Camaro but it was very simple procedure and had no issues whatsoever. The key is good quality. I was able to replace the uncut key part with a key I already had so it really saved me quite a bit of money!

Not a quality product. Unlock and lock buttons stopped working after about a week. Checked the battery and it is okay. My original key fob works fine, it's this poor quality fob that is the issue. I have spend money on cutting the key and had it programmed, only to be able to use it for one week. Seller should be made to refund key cutting cost and programming cost.

I bought this initially to replace the key and chip inside with an old key fob I had that the buttons fell off on. When I got it I realized it already had a chip and battery in it so all I had to do was program it to the car. This took me less than 5 minutes to do!! I removed the blank key from the the new fob and placed it with the old one (this way I saved myself from having to pay $$$ to get a copy). Then I looked up a video on YouTube on how to program a new fob to the Chevrolet cars and BOOM IT WORKED. Great deal!

Had key cut at batteries plus for $20. Programmed it with my other working fob in less than 3 seconds! Great.

This key is better than the one I got from the dealership! It’s so easy to program and works great. Super sturdy and durable. Definitely going to get a second one as a spare!

Does not fit my OEM Chevy Cruze key for a 2015 LT. The pictures show the difference in the key assembly. Blue is the OEM, Red/Pink is this product. You can see it's a different style. Otherwise, the replacement key is nicely made and I couldn't tell the difference between it and the OEM. Amazon's compatibility checker will say this is compatible with the 2015 Cruze, but I would check your key's internals first against my photos to make sure it's the same model as this replacement key. I made the overlays by editing the pictures I took of each product to clearly show the edges. 3 stars because it's good quality. Just doesn't fit.

Got two of these for my daughter’s 2015 Equinox. I swapped the key on one, programmed and working in no time. Need to get the other key cut in order to program, which DOES NOT require any special tools, scanners.or a locksmith. Looks good and works just as like original remote.
