how wide is the widest part- where the drink goes from door to seat?

It's wide enough of a big bottle of water or Gatorade, however, if you don't like something rubbing on your leg while driving, I'd look for another type. My calf rubs on it and I find myself constantly adjusting my leg position.

Is the product the same for the 4 door and the 2 door? ( considering the doors on the 2 door are longer than the 4 door)

Yes，the front door storage pockets fit for ford bronco 2/4-door。They are same.

With these storage pockets installed, can doors still be removed and stored inside the door storage bags?

Yes, after installing storage Pockets for Ford Bronco 2/4-door, it won't affect your ability to remove the doors and put them in protective bags. The door storage box only has a slight bulge at the front where the water cup is placed.

Are rear door pockets also available?

The Door Storage Pockets Door Side Organizer Box shown by this link is not available for the Ford Bronco 2021 2022 rear door. We are designing the Storage box for the Ford Bronco rear door. Bronco's backdoor storage boxes are still found to have some impact on legroom, and we want everything Mabett offers to be a real convenience for customers. We will sell the Ford Bronco Rear Door Storage Box after it has been tested.
