Worked just great! Didn’t stick

First, I must let you know. Before purchasing a product I always read some of the reviews. I always start with the one star reviews first. Here are some of the things that I did see. Smokes while baking in the oven. Discoloration. Dough leaking through the holes. None of this is true. I am very satisfied with this product. First of all, I believe some people may be using it at too high of a temperature. When making hamburger buns, 350° at 20 minutes is the idea temperature and time. So, there was no smoked or discoloration while using this product. Finally, I believe this product is used for baking dough and not batter. So I find it very unusual that you should get any type of leaking from this product. I gave this product of five star because it is a wonderful product and I will be purchasing again.

Perfect size, made of a thick silicone, easy to clean and store.

This pan is great for regular dough, not low carb dough made with a batter. If trying to bake a batter-made dough, line the pan with parchment paper. This pan cleans up well but make sure to put a toothpick into the holes to get stuck-on dough.

I bought 1 and it made some great sourdough hamburger buns that my family loved. Now, I'm buying another set to make a dozen at a time. I'll need it this summer with family BBQs. It only takes 15 mins to cook in the oven. They popped out easily with no oil added and they cleaned up easy, too. I'm going to try english muffins, too.

This silicone mold, i can't call it a pan, works best to get uniform 4 in round shapes. It does have small vent holes in the bottom which does aid in cooking the bottom but BEWARE, if you are cooking anything that is less dense that a bread dough they will stick to your bottom pan (if you use one like i did) or it will drip all over the inside of your oven. As it is silicone rather than metal it is fairly lightweight. It seems to be durable as it has good flexibility. Can be used for a wide variety of owls like rolls, buns, cakes and more. Price is good especially compared to metal versions
