Do not recommend
It’s def a used product which was not disclosed prior to purchasing. It’s not this beautiful bright color blue either, but more of a dingy Smokey mint color. I am highly disappointed and would not Recommend this seller. The shipping box was torn ripped and beat up, fine… but so was the packaging. . Def giving used for sure. The whole thing smells like food. Highly disappointed.

Not a good product
Got this for my 90 year old Mom. The newfangled, hand-held wireless phones had too many buttons and choices. I figured something like she knew would work. The volume control did not work for the ringer or audio on the hand set. We might could have lived with that, but the hand set would not seat easily to disengage the line. She would set the handset down in the cradle and it would not disengage the call, thus leaving an open line and after a few minutes or an hour, a busy signal. I tried it myself. The handset must be placed PRECISELY on the cradle to depress the switch and cut the line. I screwed it up myself a few times. We sent it back. Amazon was great and refunded purchase.

Nice phone, just like picture
Received my home phone, I opted for free shipping so it took a minute to get here, longer than usual. Anyway, the phone looks just as the picture. Audio is clear when calling out or receiving calls. It was easy to connect to my modem. The ring tone is loud enough to be heard through out my house but I have a small home. If you have a big house you may miss a call, but since most of us will have it connected to VIOP, you’ll get notified on your app anyway. Overall, it’s good for its intended purpose and the color is nice!!!
