I just recently got back into doing my nails and decided to try dip powder with extensions for the first time. I picked these tips as my starter set to experiment with, and I think they’re a great choice for that. They’re on the thinner side and have a nice bit of flexibility, which makes them comfortable to wear and easier to work with. I also like that they come preshaped with a natural color; it really cuts down on prep time. I’m a bit out of practice with doing my own nails and still learning the dip technique, but my first few tries turned out pretty decent, and each one is getting better. I used inexpensive glue (Cala Super Nail Glue), and I’ve been surprised at how well they’ve held up. Out of three full sets, I’ve only had one nail pop off, which is impressive considering I have a very active job and tend to be pretty hard on my hands. One small tip: I recommend clipping off the little tab instead of twisting it. Since the nails are thin, twisting can cause a bit of damage to the shape. Also, I had to remind myself not to glue the nail too far down the nail bed, these are meant to sit right at the tip for the best, most natural look. They’re not 100% seamless once applied, but with a quick light file at the edge and a few layers of dip powder, everything blends in really nicely. Overall, I’d say they’re easy to work with, affordable, and perfect for anyone practicing or getting back into doing their own nails at home.

Finally did my nails. It’s only been 24 hrs. I got the short ones however I still had to cut them because they were still not short enough for my preference but it was super easy to cut and file them. I used a peel and stick gel and cured with a UV light. Because I was feeling lazy. I’m new to doing this kind of DIY at home so I do have a bump from where the nail and tip meet. Ive been looking in to how to fix that. So hopefully next time I do my nails I won’t have that issue. But I do plan on using dip powder with these next time.

These are good tips, except for the fact that it says almond but to me they’re more stiletto to me! The length is good. My other problem is the biggest size doesn’t fit my thumb.

Product itself is great and I haven’t had any issues in applying the nails, feel like they are a solid quality. My issue is with the packaging, the box arrived partially shattered so there were loose nails everywhere, sizes were all mixed up, and several nails were damaged and had to just be tossed.

What a great buy! Easy to use and large variety of sizes!

These French white half-tips by Ranrose work really well. They just cover the tips of the nails and feature a subtly angled, beveled edge that blends smoothly with your natural nail for a seamless, natural look. This design helps soften the transition between the nail tip and your natural nail, but it doesn’t completely eliminate it. After gluing on the tip, I find that I need to apply a base coat and buff it down a bit to create a flush surface before painting on the clear topcoat. I use mini "single-use" (0.5-gram) Superglue to attach the tips—it’s easy to use and holds securely. After gluing and buffing, I finish with a clear topcoat. (In the photo shown, I’m using a matte finish topcoat.) For prep, I use 80/100 grit nail buffers. These tips don’t look plastic or overly thick, and they are surprisingly durable, holding up through everyday tasks like washing dishes and gym workouts. They’re much better than my last brand, which kept breaking or splitting. Highly recommend!

Very poor quality product. A thin paper type nail tips. Moreover, as stated by amazon customer care, the product is non- returnable on the issue of quality, which is truly strange. Hence, sheer wastage of money.

I’d been searching for pre-cut/shaped nail tips with tabs, and these are absolutely perfect- they fit well, they’re easy to apply, they’re tapered at the tip, and they feel great on. Very easy to blend into your natural nail. I use builder gel, and they’re perfect for a quick new set. Hoping they will prove to be durable over the next fortnight, as they’re perfect so far!
