The one piece of advice I can give (besides leaving your piercing alone so you don’t get a bump in the first place) is to be patient. This stuff works, but it takes some time, and you have to be consistent. I included a before and after, which are 3 weeks apart. After about a week and a half, the bump starts to dry out and peel off in layers… LEAVE IT ALONE, any flakes will fall off on their own. I would recommend anyone with a nose piercing to keep this on hand just in case, because after quite a bit of research, Ive learned these bumps are fairly common. Even though my bump is pretty much 100% gone, I still apply the liquid to my piercing every night as a precautionary measure; idk if it works in this manner, but so far no issues, and since you only need a couple drops, this bottle will still last forever. Well worth the price.UPDATE: One month later - if I could give this stuff 10 stars, I would. Ive been using it nightly to prevent bumps and so far, so good! A few days ago, I got out of the shower and must’ve had a mental lapse because I went to dry my face and completely forgot about my piercing. I snagged the fk out of it and it hurt so bad. By the time I dried off and got dressed, I looked in the mirror and saw how irritated it was, and a small bump had already started forming. I sprayed the saline solution and then a few drops of the oil, and went to bed hoping for the best. The next morning it was as if nothing had happened; no irritation, no bump, nothing! This stuff really works.

This is my second time buying the bump solution but first buying the spray kit. I already know it works. I'm buying for future piercing bc i believe in it that much and using as a preventative. If this isn't working for you then you might want to think about what jewelry is in your ear. What it's made of or if it's the wrong type for your healing piercing. Theres several causes for an irritation bump even down to a horrible placed angle. This will work if it's just an irritation bump from you overcleaning or changing the jewelry too soon or not keeping your hands off it.

I held off getting this my past couple piercings because I thought it sounded a bit gimmicky and didn't think I needed a special product for something alcohol or hydrogen peroxide could do better. All of those piercings closed or rejected. I recently repierced both ears, cartilage and lobe. They were doing well for a couple months but suddenly became extremely inflamed, they were sore and red to the point I worried they were infected. I took my jewelry out to size down (14 to 16) and noticed a huge bump on both my cartilages. I considered giving up on them again, never having had such a huge rejection, but last minute ordered this. It had OVERNIGHT results. The bump oil stopped the inflammation pretty quick, and the spray kept it from hurting as bad. The next day the bump was gone, and the day after my ears weren't red or hurting. Never going back. If you've been on the edge with if this is a gimmick or not, it's not. It works. I feel dumb for not trying it sooner.

I bought the saline cleaner and bump oil. I wish I had a before picture. I’ve had my nose done for two months and it hadn’t healed yet. Between my dog and my clumsiness, my nose stud had been ripped out a few times and a bump had formed on the outside and inside of my nose. It was sore and red and angry. Two days of using the spray and bump oil twice a day and the bump was already gone! It seems like it’s healing better now! Definitely recommend!

The spray was great and the pricing bump oil .. my belly peircing always be infected and wouldn’t heal but after ii received these products it healed in less than a month & I haven’t had a problem with it since !

I had one of my kids hit my nose and the next day there was an irritation bump. I bought this together when I first pieced my nose just in case I got a bump. This stuff took my bump away within 5 days of using it twice a day! This stuff is amazing!!! I’d buy it again and again! First picture is day 1 and the second picture is day 5.

I am not the one to usually write reviews. But this one may help. I bought this and Dr piercing aftercare drops as I couldn’t decide which one to use and both had good reviews. Once delivered I asked chat gpt which one would be better and it suggested Dr piercing as base lab drops were made of oils and I tried using it but my piercing didn’t get any better. While I put the drops it was ok and then after couple hours it would ooze liquid then I started using the base lab drops and within a week of using the aftercare saline spray plus the drops I see massive change and it’s almost like my piercing is healing

I purchased this item back in January and started using it immediately and it was working just fine until I stopped being consistent with it so it naturally took longer to heal. At some point between February and early March after it had already gone down I accidentally pulled it with my glasses which brought back the bump:(. It wasn't until the first week of April that I was back with being consistent that the bump went down and I was finally able to change my jewelery.
