Apple MacBook Pro 2021 with Apple M1 Pro chip (14-inch, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD) - Space Gray (Renewed)

I had only one Windows PC before and really liked the Windows OS, but I been thinking about trying MacOS for a long time. So I make it with this MacBook Pro 14'' with the M1 Pro chip (Renewed Excellent Condition). Even with my Lenovo Ideapad with a good aluminum material and great specs. This device feels so much higher quality than any Windows OS I had tried before. I'm not really familiar with MacOS but I just like this device in every aspect, Is too fast even knowing is been 5 years since this was released in 2021...For this price I will never find something better. Thanks to the seller for this deal, and for the care of the packaging and the device too. The only bad experience with this was the generic charger which feel good quality but is malfunctioning. so I have a USB C to C device that tells me the power but with this charger it doesn't simply work, just charge and stop charging just like when you take the charger out of the outlet, I even tried with a different cable and with my iPhone and Tablet but it was the same thing. I didn't feel comfortable with this so I had to buy a new Anker 100W charger which cost me around $35 more. Other than this I really recommend this device.

It came in pretty good condition with 94% battery health which isn't bad for how low the price is. It immediately replaced all of my previous daily drivers and runs exceptionally fast for medium power users. Im usually using this for work and uni, and my own personal projects. VMS and 3D software like Blender run very well. I was able to run 2 linux vms pretty well. OBS has never been smoother, I'm able to have multiple sources running and still have a bunch of browser tabs open. This laptop is amazing for anyone who needs a small used laptop that still packs a crazy punch. Apps that work well: -Garageband (Everything opens instantly and even big projects have no lag) -Capcut and DaVinci Resolve (No stuttering while scrubbing 1080p and 1440p content, and export speeds are well) -Blender (Rendering is great!!) -OBS (Works amazingly, almost fades into the background, even while streaming) -VS Code (Fast, and keys feel very nice when typing) Also works really well when docked to a monitor. (Make sure its 1440p for high density scaling)

Beautiful item out the box but the item was broken. Battery either wasn’t connected, wasn’t inside, or was defective. It only worked when plugged in and couldn’t handle my work loads. Small dent in the right palm rest but I didn’t care. But the item not working without the 65W MagSafe charger? Nope. It was slower than my MacBook Air. Because it was being throttled. Unfortunately I had business to do so I had to use it for a week before it became unbearable and used a coworkers. I literally used it twice before it went right back in the box. As soon as I arrived home where the packaging was I sent it back. All I wanted was a working MacBook bro. I don’t understand why refurbished items aren’t physically tested by a human before leaving…. Its ridiculous. Especially when your job depends on having one and that was half my paycheck.

Macbook Pro looks brand new, no signs of previous use. Was easy to transfer all files from my old Macbook to this laptop. Did buy a wireless mouse as I have arthritis in my hands and this makes it easier for me. These Macbook Pro laptops are real work horses and the editing tools in the Photo app are very easy to use and I like the way they make photos look very professional. Am very happy with my purchase, and the shipping was fast, laptop was in a box, lots of padding used, and I would buy from this seller again. Was quite impressed it had latest version of OS, tasks are completed quickly. Thank you!

The MacBook Pro that I received was in great condition considering the age of the laptop. Does it have a few scratches and bumps, almost invisible screen marks, and a few keys on the keyboard a bit shiny? Yes, but this is expected and was a well taken care of laptop by the previous owner. All the ports works as they should, the battery only had 243 cycles on it with a 91% health, which is below the average for this laptop. Overall I'm very happy with this and it's been working without issue since I bought it.

MacBook arrived on time and works as it should. Would have given 5 stars had the produce arrived in excellent condition as ordered. The keyboard had signs of heavy wear, there were multiple scratches on the outside of the MacBook, and the battery condition was below 90%. Overall it is an amazing and fast machine but certainly did not reach the label of excellent condition. Also the charger that the computer came with is definitely not stable to charge the machine so I had to purchase one myself. The cube seemed to glitch and randomly start and stop charging and the cable the Mac came with is only capable of delivering 55W even though the cube is 85W

I was a bit disappointed when I first opened the package. It was not shipped in a box, but was in a fairly protected insert inside the box. I could see that on the right front edge there appeared to be some discoloration and what appeared to be a scratch along the top part of the lid. I was thinking Refurb Excellent meant no scratches. However, upon further inspection I took a cloth with some alcohol on it and just gave the case a good wipe down. That corner looked as though there may have been a sticker on it. So I cleaned it very well and lo and behold you can see from the picture there actually are no scratches and discoloration is gone. So now I open it and it immediately came to life. I did notice there was not little tissues between the glass and the keyboard, but the display seems perfect with no scratches and the keyboard doesn't have any finger oils or wear on it. So I am happy about both. There was a couple of spots on the inside, but again the magic of an alcohol wipe and it cleaned up good. This MacBook Pro M1-14 was apparently initially purchased on Jan 24, 2023 as that is when the limited warranty runs out in 2024. No way to get Apple Care as the 90 days are well past. The battery indicator shows it to be normal with 99% battery life. It had 55 total charge cycles. Needless to say for the $1249.00 I paid for this thing I think I did great. It's a refurb it isn't going to be perfect. One thing I will say is they gave me a knock off power adapter and USB-C to MagSafe 3 cable. The cable looks great. But that power adapter got so hot that I don't trust it and it's going in the trash can. I'll buy a replacement Apple OEM charging brick. The seller on this was Loop Mobile. I see many people say they have had a bad experience with them, but this is mine so far. If anything changes I will update this review. I am only giving 4 stars because if they had taken the time to clean up the case to remove the apparently stains and provided a OEM brick. These 3rd party bricks have been known to cause fires. So my rating of 4 stars is still good. Update: 12/20/23 After about a week or two the battery started draining much quicker than expected. I actually contacted Apple they had me install a diagnostic and the battery level was much lower than when I initially got it. However, they recommended for me to wipe it and reinstall MacOS. So I did this as we thought maybe something was running in the background that a reboot was not clearing. However, that made no different. I could literally charge it to 100% and not have anything running from the taskbar. When I would get up in the AM about 7 or 8 hours later it was be at 75%. When I get home from work it's would be at 50%. I couldn't figure that out. I requested a return and I was sad to do so because other than the battery it was mint. The seller fully refunding me when the received the laptop back. I shipped it back in the same box that they shipped it to me in. I did end up purchasing another one that was an Apple Refurb, but that is another review.

My MacBook arrived super fast in excellent condition and honestly it exceeded my expectations. Except for one or two minor cosmetic details, it came in truly "excellent" condition, as described. The entire sales and support team was extremely helpful, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. I was entirely surprised by the professionality of the process and the quality of the product! I’m really happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for quality products and great customer service.

Muy buena compra. La verdad tenia un poco de desconfianza sobre los productos reacondicionados, pero vi que este vendedor tenia muy buenas opiniones. El equipo llego en buenas condiciones, muy limpio y bien empacado en una caja generica, venia con su cargador generico y un cable magsafe que me parece de muy buena calidad. No tiene golpes, rayones ni nada, solo un poco de desgaste en el teclado de que fue usado, pero todo funcionando bien desde el minuto uno, tenia 94% de capacidad maxima de bateria (191 ciclos) lo cual me parece adecuando para un equipo que ya tiene sus años, pero honestamente en mi dia a dia parece como nueva, la bateria dura bastante con tareas exigentes y cosas de trabajo, solo la cargo una vez al dia para toda mi jornada. Lo unico que recomiendo es comprar el caragdor original o alguno mas fiable que el que generico que ya trae, pero de ahi en fuera no tengo quejas.

Estoy sorprendido, sino fuera porque la caja dice apple refurbished pensaría que es nueva. Me llego sin bateria pero al cargarla vi que tenia solo 2 ciclos de carga, el teclado, pantalla, trackpad todo esta como nuevo, realmente sino fuera por la caja yo diria que es una computadora nueva. Su rendimiento es lo que esperarías de un M1 pro no he notado ni una sola vez que se trabe, la bateria es muy buena no tan buena como la M1 pro de 16in pero la verdad es que puedo estar todo el dia sin cargarla y usarla todo el dia. La pantalla se ve super bien y las bocinas son espectaculares suenan como una bocina bluetooth de muy buena calidad y tienen un sonido espacial impresionante. Esta compra la recomiendo muchisimo, tenia pensado comprarme una M3 air (no estaba disponible aún), pero esta supera por mucho a esa computadora en la mayoria de aspectos y por un precio menor tomando en cuenta la configuracion de 16GB/512GB.
