I really like this product, the only reason i'm not saying it's 5/5 for accuracy is because nothings ever 100% accurate. I've read a few reviews on here and those reviewers are confused... You only need to check once a day at most, if you check multiple times in 10 minutes it will change, that's because no number will stay the same for any length of time in regards to keto levels, glucose levels etc... They will always fluctuate, even if there was a perfect way to test ketone levels, it would also fluctuate if you checked multiple times, whether that be in 10 minutes or through out the day. Get the kit, it's a good kit and as long as you're not obessive over the numbers and test multiple times a day you'll get a fantastic idea on where you are in your ketosis journey.

I am sure they would make more money of they sold the strips at more reasonable pricing, they currently sell them at £39.97 for a pack of 40. Maybe even selling packs of 20 or 10 might be more managable and customer friendly. It is a shame because Machine is very easy to use.

One runs out quickly and they’re pretty dear, but I guess that’s where the money’s at. Still, it’s worth having so you have the data required as you transition into fat-adapted energy production.

Doing an omad keto, so not surprised to see high results, works great. You don't need to test everyday unless you're diabetic, replacement strip+lancet costing less than £1.20 for both I think that's a good offer. Keto urine tests may be cheaper but are far less reliable at testing ketone levels due to fluctuating hydration.

Nice device But the refills are crazy over priced! You have to buy the lances in a box of 100 and then the test strips in a box of 40.

I needed to find out if I produce ketones while I fast. When we have insulin resistance or problems with this hormone, the body will not enter ketosis. It might be dangerous to fast. I produce ketones like a machine. So grateful for this tool. Even using a needle is not painful at all.

Ich hatte am Anfang Probleme mit der Messung. Nachdem ich reklamiert hatte, bekam ich umgehend und anstandslos eine neues kit zugeschickt, dass jetzt einwandfrei funktioniert und problemlos zu handhaben ist. Sehr guter Kundenservice.

Attention, ne faites pas la même erreur que moi : c’est un lecteur de cétones, PAS de glycémie. Donc si vous cherchez à suivre votre taux de sucre, passez votre chemin, ça ne fonctionnera pas pour ça. Cela dit, je l’ai gardé quand même, parce qu’il fonctionne très bien, il est précis, rapide, compact, et la petite pochette fournie est super pratique : tout est bien rangé, facile à emporter partout. Très bon produit si vous suivez un régime cétogène ou surveillez vos cétones pour des raisons médicales. Ein kleiner Pickser und das Blut fließt. :) Es reicht bereits ein kleiner Topfen um zuverlässig zu Messen. Hat mit in meiner Keto Diät echt geholfen.
