Microsoft surface slim pen 2

Lovely pen. I love how it magnets strongly to the back when you're not using it and magnets lightly on the front when you're writing and want to rest your hand

Works seamlessly with Surface Pro and amazingly well with Surface Duo - ideal combination for note-taking on the go. I feel it is possibly a little over-priced especially given the fact that the charger isn't even included in the price, but in fairness Surface is a fairly top-end brand with prices to match. The build quality is flawless. Attaches well magnetically to both Pro and Duo. I've dropped it and sat on it regularly and it's survived! Recommended if you're a regular "inker" or a designer, but if you're only an occasional user, there are loads of non-Microsoft cheaper options out there for a quarter of the price.

Using with the surface studio laptop, great shape for drawing and annoying that the haptic feedback only works on a few Microsoft apps. Five stars once the haptic feedback works on clip studio paint.

The pencil works fine! But it’s not as accurate as an Apple Pencil. Yet, it does the job very well. It’s light and had a good charge.

After paying a total of £114 for a pen and charger I expected that I would have been able to draw a straight line as I have been able to with other stylus pens in the past, sadly this is not the case. I tried adjusting several settings related to pen and even tried to solve the issue by updating my tablet but the problem persisted. If you need this pen for everything except art software then it should be fine, but my previous stylus cost half the price, only required a usb c charger and had no problems from the first moment that I used it.

Après avoir utilisé le précédent stylet, que je trouvais un peu lourd en encombrant, j'ai décidé de prendre le Slim Pen 2, et je le trouve super ! Je l'utilise avec le Surface Laptop Studio et c'est super de pouvoir le "clipser" directement sous le PC pour qu'il charge tout le temps. La prise en main est bien meilleure que l'autre stylet de Microsoft et la réactivité est top ! Utilisé principalement pour le dessin, et si c'est également votre cas, vous allez aimer la fonctionnalité de "vibration" pour donner une texture de papier lorsque vous dessinez :) Je recommande fortement, même si j'aurais préféré qu'il soit inclus directement avec le Surface Laptop Studio.

Ich habe mir den Surface Slim Pen 2 für mein Surface zugelegt und muss sagen: Er ist teuer, aber er ist sein Geld auch wert. ​Was mir sehr gut gefällt (Vorteile): ​Das Schreibgefühl: Das ist für mich der absolute Pluspunkt. Der Stift bietet ein unglaublich präzises und natürliches Schreibgefühl. Die haptische Rückmeldung (falls das Gerät es unterstützt) vermittelt fast den Eindruck, man würde auf Papier schreiben. Da merkt man, dass hier viel Technik drinsteckt. ​Design und Haptik: Der Stift ist flach, liegt super in der Hand und lässt sich magnetisch perfekt am Gerät oder in der Tastaturmulde befestigen. ​Der wichtige Hinweis (Nachteil/Voraussetzung): ​Kopplung nur über Laden: Hier muss man extrem aufpassen! Ich kann bestätigen, dass der Stift für die allererste Verbindung (das Pairing) zwingend geladen werden muss. Man benötigt dafür entweder die Tastatur mit der integrierten Ladeschale (z.B. Signature Keyboard) oder die separat erhältliche externe Ladeschale. Man kann den Stift nicht einfach via Bluetooth-Menü koppeln, ohne dass er vorher in einer kompatiblen Halterung geladen wurde. ​Fazit: ​Trotz des hohen Preises und dieser etwas umständlichen Voraussetzung für die Erst-Kopplung gebe ich volle 5 Sterne. Das tägliche Schreib- und Zeichenerlebnis auf dem Surface ist mit diesem Stift einfach unübertroffen und wertet das Gerät massiv auf. Man muss sich der Lade-Thematik vor dem Kauf nur bewusst sein.

The pen is accurate, pressure sensitivity is on point, the haptic feedback is actually quite good. The shipping time is a little bit crazy, but i guess thats how you pay for the cheaper price.
