Everyone in the planet should be taking this stuff! Vitamin D is so essential for good health, and this brand is the best D3K2 I have found. The ox bile makes it so you can take it without food, it is inexpensive and it works. My vitamin D level went from 30 to 200! Truly the best! I use it like Dr Berg recommends in his you tube videos and when I feel like I’m going to get sick it stops it in its tracks and I end up with very mild symptoms if any. Thank you again Dr Berg for another amazing product !

Dang! I had no idea how much I needed this until I started taking it! I've listened to a lot of Dr. Bergs podcasts and he very often talks about the importance of D3 and coupling it with K2, which he says is essential to properly absorb the D3. I've found that to be true for me. Since I started taking this supplement, I haven't gotten sick in I don't know how long (at least a couple years) and it makes sense because apparently D3 helps super-boost your immune system. Other things I've noticed are that my sleep is better, I feel less tired and sluggish throughout the day and I feel less inflamed. These are just small capsules and you take 2 of them per day. Super easy to swallow and they don't have a taste. I don't notice any stomach trouble from taking them either. If you're like me and you spend the majority if your day inside (which means less sun and therefore less D3), this stuff will rock your world! 5 stars, worth the price and highly recommended!

I like this combined vitamin very much. First, 10.000 IU vit D3 per capsule (I never take a capsule but drop the powder in water and drink) and then the additional K2 you need as well. I take it now every day and feel the difference already.

These are quite good I feel some difference after a few days. But it seems date of expiry was temped.

my 1st purchase was on January 2025 and I feel significant healthier than before regarding my knee pain and overall ...I used to get this "insufficient level" result of Vit D before I consumed this. Then after 4 months consuming Dr.Berg Vit D3 10000iu +K2 , I had my Vit D level checked again and the result showed "sufficient level" on May 2025. I'm happy that this supplement actually works. For maintenance I consume 5000iu now.
