NO ROLL and great resistance
The best! I've tried the rubber bands and they fold and slide and hurt. These no way they stay in place and don't fold. The only pain you will feel is the burn it gives while you are working out. Love the different resistance, cute colors and the thickness. Would recommend to anyone begining or been working out. You won't regret them promise!

Effective
These bands are easy to get on & off, so they don’t fold over & are more comfortable then the latex type, however they aren’t as versatile, so you can really can just use them on your upper legs. The colors are pretty

Better than the brand names!
I had a Slingshot band that was misplaced so I purchased these bands and was pleasantly surprised! They have grippers on the back so the bands don’t slide up and down your legs while working out. They also have excellent resistance!

My favorite bands
I used to use the rubber bands but they would fold up and be really uncomfortable. I tried these out, considering they are a great price and look better quality, and turns out they are! They stay flat to your body and do not cut into your skin like the rubber ones can. These also have a lot of strength to them and do not ever feel like they are going to snap or break. Love the colors also!

My favorite bands!
I love these workout bands! They are nice with a soft woven material on the outside. The inside has a nice, grippy strip that keeps the bands in place during your workout. They also come with the perfect little mesh carry bag to keep them all together when you are not using them. The colors are exactly as advertised. Overall I consider them to be high quality and a great value for the price!
