Milton S-466 Tire Valve Adapter Kit
This product worked just as advertised. Good quality and made loading my tractor tires a breeze. The exterior finish was good and it didn't leak due to the quality washer that was included. It took me about an hour and a half to load 60 gallons of liquid in each of the rear tires. Great time saver.

Now I can do it
This is the perfect tool for filling tractor tires with fluid. I pumped in 1 gallon of antifreeze and 30 gallons of water. Wow what a difference in tractor performance. This tool is so easy to use. Not paying tire shop big bucks for something I can do in 20 min per tire

Worked just fine to put 72 gallons in my Tractors tires.
Worked as described for my tractor tires. 36 gallons in each tire. I did not need either of the two adapters as the main unit screwed right on my inflation stem (tires have the dual stem). Would recommend to anyone who wants to load fluid to their own tires to save money. I used a standard portable electric fluid pump and 25' rv hose to connect to the wheel. Worked great.

L 3901 Kubota
used to fill rear wheels on a L 3901 Kubota the pump is a drill driven one $14 local I pumped 28 gallon.... each ... of windshield washing fluid in the rear tires using a low speed with a variable speed drill i pumped the ballast into the tires as fast as I could pour it into the bucket these fluid to tire adapters are well designed high flow, no leaks , fittings were gently finger tight seriously, I was surprised how well these worked these are not a cheaply made tool, it has fit and precision, all the sealing surfaces are very well done, the threads are sharp and square

Just what I needed.
I had ordered a larger unit, but it did not fit the valve stems on my rims. This one has two adapters. One fit my valve stems. Then it was just a matter of filling the tires with water. First tire was trial and error. After that, the rest filled easily. You really need a shut off valve on the water hose end and a valve stem tool to make this easy. My procedure: 1) Jack the tire off the ground. 2) Rotate stem to top of tire. 3) Remove valve stem. 4) Let tire deflate completely. 5) Attach adapter to tire valve stem. 6) Attach hose to adapter. 7) Turn on water. 8) Flow water until it stops or slows way down. 9) Shut off water. 10) Push button on adapter to release air. 11) Repeat steps 7 - 10 until just water, not air/water mix, flows from adapter when button is pushed. 12) Get valve stem ready to insert. 13) Take adapter off valve stew as quickly as you can and then put finger or thumb over valve to prevent water from escaping. 14) Put in valve stem. 15) Inflate tire with air to normal pressure. You should hear bubbling as you pressurize with air. If you don't, you need to add more water or the rims may rust, so go back to step 3 and repeat. Note: you will get wet.

Worked as expected
Worked well for filling rear tractor tire with ballast. Vent valve for relieving air pressure worked well and it came with adapters for different valve stem threads.

Leaking Fitting…
Couldn’t get the loose nut to seal on the valve stem when attempting to fill tyres with water. The fitted seal(s) seemed to be rock hard. Tried installing an O Ring without success but in the end I used teflon thread tape to slow the leak.

Did the job for my International 674, but expect to do some DIY on the tool itself
I bought this liquid ballast tool to fill the rear tyres on my International 674. I needed the extra weight for traction, and while the tool eventually did what it was supposed to do, it was far from a "plug-and-play" experience. The Good: Compatibility: The threads matched the standard tractor tyre valves without any issues, which is usually the main concern with these types of fittings. The Not-So-Good (The Leaks): Poor Sealing: Out of the box, the tool was essentially unusable. The main swivel connection leaked like a sieve as soon as the water was turned on. The internal seals provided just aren't up to the task, and I ended up getting soaked before I even got started. The Adaptation: It is not ideal to buy a brand-new tool and immediately have to work on it just to make it function properly. I didn't want the hassle of a return, so I ended up adapting the tool with my own O-rings to get a proper seal. It was only after I modified it with these extra parts that the leaks stopped and I could actually finish the job. Verdict: This tool does get the job done eventually, but you shouldn't have to provide your own parts just to make a simple valve work. If you aren't prepared to spend time adapting it yourself, you might want to look for a more reliable alternative.
