Therapy after surgery
It is used for therapeutic purposes for my husband’s hand and trigger finger.

Strength
I am a physical therapist and always use this brand. Keep in mind the soft can even be difficult for someone who has limited strength.

Love this putty!
I really like this TheraPutty!!! I've had rotator cuff surgery and my PT has included this in my therapy! When I am all healed, this will be great for stress and anxiety.

This is a great product that my Physical Therapist recommended to me. I made the mistake of ordering the 2oz. I really needed the 4 oz in order to perform hand exercises, so be aware. I just ordered another 2 oz of the most used putty.

2 oz is not enough for adult use in physical therapy
There was so little putty in each container I could only use it to squeeze in one hands if that is the only use you have these may be useful. Not for me. Oily residue on all of them unlike at physical therapy. Had to buy more of each - expensive!
