Buy with confidence...an excellent product.
What can l say? They are dried peas and very good ones. I don't know if it's everywhere but it is nigh on impossible to find them in the shops around here.

Simply the best
Craving traditional mushy peas 🤔 though you might these are the best. Far superior to canned rubbish or bachelors mushy peas ( which turn to nothing once cooked) These have great flavour and retain some substance to them. All they need is soaking overnight or a full day. Good rince, good amount of cold water boil hard for 10 minutes add about half teaspoon of salt then simmer till required thickness. Absolutely beautiful better than chip shop peas 😋😋

Too hard to eat
For many years i've used leo peas as they have always been the better mushy pea for me. They would be steeped overnight, which, by the time I was cooking them, would equate to around 15/16 hours steeping time. Rinsed well and then boiled for around 25 minutes giving me perfect mushy peas. The first pack of these, I did what I always have done but many of the peas were still rather hard and inedible. So I did my second bag and just thought I should boil them for longer. Well they had 50 minutes boiling time but I still ended up with hard inedible peas on my plate. I don't know what, if anything has changed, but I'm not boiling peas for almost an hour...that's a ridiculous waste of time and money, so I guess I will just reluctantly go back to frozen peas.

Great value dried peas.
5 packs of dried peas with steeping tablet at a price much better than the local shops or supermarket. Excellent for the pie & peas or to go with the fish & chips.

Excellent dried peas
These are the best dried peas, they hold their shape and don’t turn to mush. I live in a hard water area so I add a teaspoon of soda bicarb to the cooking water when I am cooking them otherwise they can be a bit on the hard side. If the steeping tablet is missing then I just add a teaspoon of soda bicarb to the soaking water. I usually cook a packet and a third at a time, which just fits into the net, and means I do get some spare nets, which come in handy if the net is missing from the packet, or if I only want to cook half a packet.

They're Peas!
Not a lot to say really - they're dried peas. They come in bags rather than the boxes illustrated but that's no problem
