Belkin Mini Optical Glow Mouse (Black)

This Belkin mouse it pretty cool for its size! Im a college student and I needed a small yet usable mice to go along with my Toshiba Satellite A505 laptop. I did not want to spend too much money on the mouse because it would be only used for a laptop, i could have paid about $10-12 more for a larger full mouse. But for the price its good quality and really good for college kids and for a traveling person. The retractable cord is ideal for a traveling person and for a college student as myself who is always having to unplug things from her laptop on the desk to take it to class. The scroll wheel is nice for a mouse this size. Optical sensor mainly used to indicate that the mouse it on. Mouse is great on all surfaces pretty much...the track ball moves very well. I love the fact that there is no SOFTWARE to install. Overall great, I would definitely buy another one.

Just bought this mouse for use on a problematic PC with a terrible mouse pad, and it is a great product for the price. Highly recommended, I use it as a teacher switching between classrooms and SMART Boards. It's small enough to fit on the part of the keyboard where my hand rests, so I never even need a mousepad. The retractable cord looks a bit delicate, but functions very well and is easy to operate. No installation or batteries required. Well done, Belkin.

I'm going to give this a passing rating because it serves its purpose as a really cheap, no batteries needed, portable mouse. However, the mouse I received looks pretty much nothing like the picture. It's still black, but there is a lot of clear plastic areas on the mouse that light up and alternate between different colors. The general shape of the mouse is different as well. The mouse I got is a lot skinnier than the one in the picture, and also looks a lot more plasticy (again it's a cheap mouse it does serve it's purpose so i can't complain too much). Also the logo is in different spot, and the red light that is in the picture on the back of the mouse isn't there.Yes this mouse served my purpose for a really cheap mouse that doesn't need batteries. I really like the retractable cord.I'm really disappointed though that the mouse most people seem to be getting is a completely different one than the one being pictured. While it worked out fine here, this could cause for some really big issues if another product was to do the same...

This mouse fits well in my hand, but I have small hands and friends and family have a tough time using it. Its biggest plus point is its portability; I keep it in my backpack, and use a different, larger mouse when I'm at home.The retractable cord has a small hitch right before it winds in all the way, but for the most part it works well (I've been using it for about a month now).

It is quite small (fits on a credit card). However, the small form is a good attribute when you have little room to work with (I barely have to lift the palm of my hand because I can move it so much with just my fingers). The retractable cord is a very nice feature, it is better than worrying about batteries and/or having to deal with a wireless fob. Plus, you can control how much cord to use. I use it all the time since I can't stand using touchpads on laptops.

I bought this in Nov'2012 and I would not at all recommend this product for the following reasons.Cheap quality. Quality of this product varies. I bought 8 of these 2 years back, some turned out to be good , some had issues with the retractable cord and some just stopped working. Due to high unreliability of this product, I would not recommend it.

I love the size and compactness of this little travel mouse, but its longevity leaves much to be desired. The first one I bought stopped working after two months of very light use (not daily). I sent it back to Belkin and they sent me an RMA replacement (at least returning it under warranty was relatively easy). However, that replacement unit stopped functioning just 5 days after I got it. I can't tell if the fault is with the connection of the cable to the mouse, or the mouse itself, but Windows just keeps reporting the USB device is not recognized. I wanted to like this mouse, but can't recommend it

I love this little Belkin mini optical mouse. I bought 2 but have only used one so far. I have been using the mouse for over a year now and it is still working great. I like the way the cord rolls. The mouse is quite small so that makes it great to travel with. It has left and right buttons and a wheel in the center.
