Poorly shipped and damaged.
It was shipped via UPS. It is a heavy item that was only in an envelope. At some point the envelope tore open and clear tape was wrapped around. The knob that held the gauges worked through the plastic bag the item was in. It must have been slammed hard, the knob is bent. More care to package this should have been taken.

Almost good
Looks good sturdy, but the spacers are NOT 1/16 .0625 (1,6 mm) but about .059 (1,5 mm) adding up to .474 (12,04 mm) instead of .500 (12,7 mm). That equals an error of almost a half of a length unit when cutting a -12 rivet. Also, the cutting blades are .250, disabling the tool from cutting -3 rivets.
