None of the other products I’ve tried were effective. I decided to give this a try, given that it chemically appears to be a concentrate in powder form. My guess would be that it would hit the clog as a solid , and as it dissolved it would hit the clog as a solid and a solution, thus going deeper as the clog broke up and the solution able to penetrate any weak spots in the clog. The clog I was dealing with was a heavy sausage grease clog, which had solidified and hardened. The clog held through other drain treatments and was in standing water. While the clog didn’t resolve completely and immediately, I was extremely impressed, as it actually pulled out large amounts of, and clumps of grease at a time. The clog buster didn’t dissolve quickly and did take its time working itself in. It did work itself in. It appears effective and really did better than other drano solutions. The down side is that it is on the fine side granulation, and more of a powder. A heavy fine powder. Please wear a mask or respirator , and eye protection as it some of it did go airborne, while some of it took time to mix and sink. One other word of advice is to make sure any fans, air conditioners, or ceiling fans are turned off until it does sink, dissolve and no longer capable of spreading through the air. If you can get through these problems then this may very well be your solution. Of course , always check and make sure that their will be any reactions, or toxic reactions between this product and any you have used prior, or are considering using, if this clog remover doesn’t work.

It also helped remove the bad odor coming from the drain, which was a huge bonus. I followed the directions carefully and used hot water afterward, and the results were immediate. The only downside is the strong chemical smell, so make sure the area is ventilated. Overall, this is a great product for grease and food-related kitchen sink clogs. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it for anyone dealing with a slow or clogged kitchen drain.

Must have item to clean all your drains. Effectively removes gunk for better drainage speed without any smell. Very easy to use and effective. Great value for money since this small bottle will last you few times. Very very happy with this product that comes in a durable tub.

I had no idea there was a product that could remove thick clogs in the kitchen sink without needing a plumber. This worked incredibly well and in a short amount of time. Instructions were easy to follow. I will keep this product on hand when it clogs again.

This stuff is awesome. For several days I have had a terrible smell coming from my kitchen drains. I tried everything including the baking soda and vinegar solution. Did not work, tried it again several times and the smell never cleared up. I saw this product while searching for something to help with the smell, and decided it couldn't hurt to try it.. 15 minutes after using it my drain no longer has any smell at all. I am so happy with this product.

for years, I have been using this in my bathrooms to keep up in the sinks to an absolute minimum. Seems to work well because my daughter and I both have long hair and we don’t get clogged drains in the shower not in the slightest. I also use this in the sink where people spit their toothpaste and all that lovely stuff. and surprise surprise the few times I have actually used it in the kitchen they clog, it never works! Like we’ve had two kitchen sink, clogs both from lettuce… Who knew… And this did nothing. It would sizzle and Smoke like it normally does, but the clog would still be there. I was slightly concerned about using kitchen cleaner in the bathroom, but pipes are pipes. There’s not really much of a difference and I have asked two different plumbers if these are OK in the bathrooms and they all say yes it’s just marketing. They are good for all pipes, which is great because I’m obsessed with these granules. They keep my bathrooms completely clear just follow the instructions, take a few samples like three put them down the drain and then follow up with hot but not boiling water. It will sizzle and smoke for a few minutes then give it 15 minutes to do it thing and then rinse. That’s it.

It’s the absolute best! We’ve been using the maximum liquid type of other brands with only iffy results. I used to use this way back but should have continued. Best solution so far. Follow the instructions and it’s quick plus easy.
