Bouncy Bands for Desks (Black support pipes)

This has been used everyday at school for 3 years. Still in great shape. It helps my daughter to get wiggles and energy out while she has to sit still. She likes that she can move her feet around without disturbing anyone.

This desk band has been a saver for my overly hyper son! I bought this band in hopes that it would help keep my son focused in class since he is constantly messing with stuff or moving around! My son loves this band and it really does help him stay focused in class! I have had his teacher comment on his focus improvement due to the band multiple times! This band it heavy duty and can take a good beating! I will say my only downfall of the band is it was pretty hard to stretch onto the desk legs but that’s because it’s made so well!

My daughter (7yrs ADD, ODD, insecure attatchment issues) was having behavior issues at school. She was getting in trouble every day, being disruptive, leaving her seat, fidgeting, drawing in furniture, throwing fits, having emotional break downs in front of her entire class. She was having a lot of issues socially in group activities as well. I came across this and asked her teacher if she thought itd help. She said she did think I could so I bought one. We installed it within a week at her parent teacher conference. Within 2 weeks she was getting better behavior reports. She went from getting daily ✔- or - (poor behavior) to having ✔ or ✔+ (very good behaviors). This one is better than others because its strong and sturdy, the tubes prop up the band so it doesnt have to be readjusted constantly. I dont think it'll lose its 'bounce' from use like others would because of the material. It's just like those heavy duty bungee straps made from tire rubber.

The band is exactly as advertised (appears to be durable and well made) except that it is advertised as fitting desks between 20 and 28 inches wide and that cannot possibly be true. My son's desk legs are less than 24 inches apart and it was HARD to get the bouncy band to stretch. I almost gave up, and I still might end up having to remove it because I'm afraid it'll start bending the desk legs inward. It's a solid desk, but the bouncy band is so, so tight.
