Since purchase I've used the bands every day and can feel measurable improvement in muscle tone already. I wish I'd discovered this mode of exercising years ago. A real bargain.

Disappointed.
These things are like toys. So narrow and thin. i use them around my knees when squatting and they roll up like a rope. I will look for something wider and longer in the future.

Good for fitness and PT
These are nice wide bands, at different resistance levels, that stay in place nicely for leg exercises. My husband uses some of them for strength building and my son is using lower resistance ones in physical therapy.

Perfect! Not as thick and heavy as I was expecting. Light and thin but STRONG! Cute little carry case! Very satisfied and would recommend these!!
