Fantastic Cleaner.
Used it on wooden siding that had years of grime and mildew. I scrubbed mine with a rotary brush after application. And the wooden siding looks brand new like it was just installed yesterday! I am not sure how it works with just spraying and pressure washing it off. Scrubbing is the key! It has a nice sandalwood kind of scent!

I'm not sure that it is more effective than any other detergent. Doesn't seem to clean the concrete any easier than the high pressure water alone.

love the mix of 40 gallons. used with my new pressure washer on siding that doesn't get a lot of sun so had alot of green. Sprayed on and let sit 5 minutes. Power sprayed right off. Doing my non finished deck next to prep for stain.

Lifts dirt and grime
Works as stated and with the 19 to 1 ratio this 3.78 L bottle will last a long time. I just used it on the side of my house with good results,lifted the dirt and grime on my vinyl siding and was easy to rinse off.
