Very nice customer service

Got mine from Dharma Diner. Very nice customer service, but either hoped I wouldn't know the difference, or they didn't know their product. Either is really bad for business (at best, and bait and switch illegal at worst). This wasn't a PS4 Pro at all. It was a PS4 slim, and the second controller was substituted with a couple of games I would never have granted permission to swap out. If you're buying refurbished or used from a 3rd party, learn from my ordeal and contact the vendor first to confirm the product.
