Light weight and bright but some drawback.
I bought this because I was tired of lugging my heavy flashlight around with me when I would have to do work in our attic. Set up was pretty simple: take the three included AAA batteries and insert them in the battery holder, orienting the battery terminals as indicated by the sticker on the end of battery holder (see photos). When I first tried to use the flashlight it wouldn't work because one of the batteries that came with mine had a loose cover over the negative terminal. I tried reading it with a volt meter and got zero voltage, but after removing the cover over the terminal I could read a charge and the flashlight worked. Although it kind of looks like the flashlight turns on by twisting it, you turn it on by pressing the button on the opposite of end from where you inserted the batteries (there is a warning message embossed on the flashlight stating not to twist it).The flashlight is mostly made of light-weight plastic, which is good because it is less likely to get heavy on your head over time but also means it's probably less durable. The angle of the light relative to your head is adjustable over a 90 degree range so the light can be shown straight forward, straight down, or somewhere in between. There are three brightness modes for the white LED lights and a mode that flashes two red LED lights. The brightest setting is basically as good as my portable flashlight so I'm happy using it on that setting for my work. The head band is elastic and can be removed. The elastic has a strong smell when that I hope will dissipate over time but I will update this review if it does not.Overall this is a practical flashlight if you need something inexpensive and light. It is bright and works but I wish the elastic head band didn't smell and was a litle more comfortable. I also didn't expect to have to fix one of the batteries it came with but I'm guessing that is not a common problem and it did work eventually.I received the product for free or at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

Bright light.
Strap not as thick as a Coleman but price is right. Cut off the center strap that goes on top of head. It was too short and light wold not stay on head. Have to get used to pushing button instead of twisting on. Has flashing red light too.

A good value
Not bad for the money. It has red lights that flash. I would have given it 5 stars if the red light was usable

Nice and bright
This little head lamp is just what I wanted for camping. Nice and bright, and lights up a lot of area. Couldn't love it any more. Bought three of these and they all work FANTASTICALLY, will be buying more of them.

Light weight headlamp
I lie this head lamp because you can adjust the direction of the head lamp easily while wearing it. The light is bright and has 3 different settings. It is light weight and comfortable to wear

Worked one time
Mine is garbage. Worked great out of the box. 2nd use had an "internal" meltdown. No longer useable.
