I've been taking pH Adjust now for several years, and I cannot say enough regarding how well it works ! I follow the suggested use and take 1 gram with 4-8 ounces of water several hours after dinner and before bedtime. When I check my pH in the morning using saliva test tabs, I always measure around 7.3 to 7.5. As others have said in the Amazon reviews for this product, the price has gone up more than 50% in the past few years (fact). Hopefully they can keep the price where it is for several years.

Today, I exercised doing weighted pullups. I've been doing these for several years, so it's very routine for me, but today I noticed something different. I did not feel the pain in my stiff joints, or back, or muscles (lactic acid) like what I typically feel. Fatigued from the exercise, yes. Pain, no. Ever since I was a teenager, several of my joints would 'pop' and I became accustomed to it. Sometimes the 'pops' were a little painful or just annoying, but always relieving nonetheless. Like a relief of pressure. I regularly use dietary oils and MSM to help with the joints and muscle inflammation which has generally worked well for me. If I reduced my intake of either of those or if my exercise volume increased (with no increase in oils or MSM), I notice more joint and muscle pain. However today, after only 3 days with this product, there is no general stiffness and my muscles didn't fatigue as quickly as before. I suspect then that I have been mineral and/or bicarbonate deficient since my teenage years. Also, I'm not sure if the minerals make me feel mentally calmer due to the support of my nervous system or due to the more relaxed state of my joints and muscles. I don't know if my saliva or blood alkalinity have increased, but that's not important to me. Improving the capacity to remove waste, toxins, etc from the body is the desired result. I hope to remember to update this review next month to report results over a longer timeframe.

I used this product for four weeks. I began to see results into the 2nd week. My eyebags began to diminish, and my nails became noticeably stronger, but I had a difficult time managing the powder/odor aspect of it. I'm not a coffee drinker but I could hide it well in coffee. I tried mixing it with water and juice but the smell was too strong for me. It has a porky odor, like chitterlings. If you're ever eaten or been around chitterlings while they are being prepared, you know what I mean. Great product in terms of results! Ive since purchased a capsule base collagen that I'm very happy with.

This should be branded the magical white powder for sure. For months I tried ACV pills, ACV drinks, baking soda, lemon water, etc and could not tell any difference in my levels before finally stumbling on this. Instant results!! My dr says to take smaller doses frequently instead of large doses every several days like I have been. But I often forget. And in large amounts this stuff tastes very salty, so what I recommend is mixing this recipe up in a water bottle such as the Blender Bottle to mask the taste. 12 oz of cold milk 5 T. Swiss Miss Milk Chocolate Mix 1 T. PH Adjuster You can still taste a tinge of salt in this recipe but it is totally drinkable and hardly noticeable. MUCH better solution then those terrible ACV drinks! You can adjust the recipe according to your needs, but this will raise it from 5.5 if you're low to about 7.5 within several hours. Also, if you have a sensitive stomach you may wish to halve the recipe instead of full dose. Also, a lot of the PH tests on Amazon are garbage, I only recommend the Micro Essentials Labs tape roll. This company gets my deepest gratitude for finally providing me a product that works phenomenally, and I definitely will keep buying this stuff during my illness for sure. They get my highest recommendation! Note that they have a discount too if you buy more then 1 so go for it! Don't ever let your PH drop below 7, and 7.5 is the ideal level but it's better to be a bit too alkaline then too acidic so don't worry about taking too much that you go over 7, you'll be fine. Just stay between 7-8...

I have taken many supplements over the years, which do not really seem to make much of a difference. This supplement, however, makes me feel great. I actually had someone test all the supplements I was taking, over 15, and this was only 1 of 4 that tested to be beneficial to me. I like how it tastes and the container lasts for around 4 months. I take 1/4 teaspoon with 8 ounces of water about 1 hour before going to bed and it seems to help me sleep.

this works this was gone for a while on amazon but came back . excellent excellent product. if you have morning stiffness it will get rid of it.

Although this product does indeed change the PH of your drinking water, you have to constantly mix the water to keep the powder in suspension. I will instead purchase the liquid PH drops the next time.

It works to stabilize ph. Even better, it works to prevent leg cramps. Repeat customer. Would recommend, it performs as advertised.
