This neck ice pack works great. So easy to use and stays in place without having to hold it. Stays cold for time needed to ice.

The wrap is soft and molds nicely to the shape of your neck. The Velcro holding the front ends together is strong but quite stiff so if you pull the wrap so it is snug then the Velcro scratches the front of your neck. My real issue is that it is not a cold as I would like. It’s good for sore muscles. I have nerve pain which needs a colder pack. I haven’t tried it warm yet.

I was going to an amusement park and knew I would need an ice pack but couldn't risk walking around without my neck brace right after surgery so this worked great! It is very flexible, not any heavier than any other ice pack, the cover is soft. I don't see how it would leak, it's like a memory foam gel pad not a jelly consistency. It works great, I wish it stayed colder longer but it does stay cold long enough to fulfill the usual recommended time for therapy. It folds up easily it's not large so it's easy to travel with.

Comfy, soft and definitely great for migraines or chronic neck pain. However, it’s a bit on thin side not lasting as long as others have. It was disappointing as it wasn’t as expected. Overall it’s ok for short icings.

I purchased this for after my tonsillectomy (with the intent of wearing it backwards on my neck/throat area lol) and absolutely love it. I’ve never had an ice pack that was a soft, flexible material and loved the feel of this so much! It got cold in the freezer so quickly and since it’s a gel inside I was able to bend/move it around however I needed for it to be comfortable on my body. The fact it velcros in place also comes in handy! Only down side is that I wish it stayed colder a bit longer but besides that, its great!

I like that it's easy to freeze and doesn't take up much room. I like that it fits around the neck and has a lower part in the back to get the sore spots. This is a great product and I absolutely love it. It has really helped with the pain from whiplash. Definitely worth having.

Pro: Das Ding kühlt recht gut und bleibt auch im Gefrierfach geschmeidig und flexibel. Contra: - reicht überhaupt nicht an den Nacken heran. Die Passform ist grausam, egal wie ich es festmache. Meine Schultern werden ein bisschen gekühlt und das wars. Dafür war es nicht gedacht! Ist für mich also leider nutzlos. Wäre die Form anders, wäre es ein richtig gutes Produkt. Ich bin jetzt auch nicht sonderlich groß oder klein, dick oder dünn. So bringt das Ding leider gar nichts.

This is by far the absolute best cooling pad I’ve purchased. It is the perfect fit for the neck and stays cold for up to an hour and then cool enough for additional 30-60 minutes. It is high quality and I would highly recommend it.

Great product that works well for hot weather, especially when playing outdoor tennis. The only minor issue is that the black color absorbs heat and warms up faster than it should. Otherwise, great product.
