Assorted Fruit Candy 8 oz Box – Gourmet Almond Paste Fruit Shapes – Rich Almond Flavor, Handcrafted European Style Sweets – Holiday Gift Candy & Party Treat

I recently picked up this marzipan treat and it has truly impressed me with its flavor, quality, and versatility as a sweet snack! This Bergen Marzipan Assorted Fruit Candy (8 oz) is a classic European‑style confection made primarily from smooth almond paste and sugar, creating a rich, naturally sweet taste that feels both elegant and satisfying. 🍬 Rich, Authentic Marzipan Flavor The first thing I noticed was how authentically almond‑forward these pieces taste. Unlike overly sugary candies that taste artificial, this marzipan delivers a smooth, nutty flavor that’s truly rooted in quality ingredients. Each piece has a lovely sweet almond base that’s firm yet tender, making it a joy to nibble on slowly. 🎨 Fun Assorted Fruit Shapes I love that this pack features assorted fruit‑shaped pieces — they’re not only tasty but visually appealing too. The variety in shapes adds a bit of charm and makes it feel more special than a typical bag of candies. It’s fun to pick out the different fruit shapes one by one, and the assortment keeps things interesting as you work through the pack. 🍯 Great Snack or Sharing Treat This marzipan makes a perfect addition to a coffee or tea break, dessert tray, or even a gift basket. I’ve shared pieces with friends and family during gatherings, and it’s always a hit — many commented that it tastes more premium than the price suggests. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet moment yourself or offering it to guests, there’s something truly satisfying about this classic treat. ⭐ Final Thoughts Overall, this marzipan pack has exceeded my expectations for a sweet snack. It strikes a wonderful balance of texture and flavor — rich, nutty, and delightfully sweet without being cloying. If you enjoy almond confections or want to try a European‑style treat that feels a bit special, this is definitely worth trying. Highly recommended for everyday snacking, thoughtful gifting, or adding a tasty twist to dessert occasions! 🍬✨

Good "looking" and delicious.

These marzipan fruits are one of my favorite treats. I have them set up for Subscribe & Save. I did get one shipment that was a bit dry, but I think that was because the temperature was all over the place during shipment. They were not past the expiration date. All other deliveries have arrived fresh. I have included a picture of the nutrition information for 1 piece, which I calculated on MyFitnessPal using the nutrition information from the package. The package lists a serving size equivalent to 3 and 1/3 pieces, which is not very helpful. I gave 3 stars for the “giftable” rating, because the pieces tend to get tossed around during shipment. If you plan on giving this as a gift, you will need to remove the plastic wrap and adjust the pieces. Whoever wrote the description must not be familiar with the product. They aren’t fruit flavored, they don’t contain fruit juice, and the package states they provide 0% of the daily value for vitamin C.

nice colors. great taste.

Marzipan fruits are excellent. The candies are moist and very flavorful. We will order again.

This is sadly not what I was looking for and the taste of these candies are absolutely terrible. Everyone is different, so they might be a good fit for someone else.

Delivered quite fresh! Very good quality authentic marzipan with a light sugar glazing and without any awful corn syrup filler that makes it mawkish, gluey and flat. It is on the sweeter side due to the colored glazing but the interior is not overly sweet. The pressed fruit shapes and coloring are fun and appetizing. A special treat. Thanks!!

I was a bit disappointed in this marzipan in that it is harder than any other marzipan fruit I've had in the past. I thought maybe because it was cold outside and they needed to soften up in the house. Not so. They still remain almost stale, but they have not expired so that's not it. The color is pretty but they are very sweet and do not have much of a almond taste. I am glad so many others have enjoyed theirs, but for me, I'm going to try another company.

I love marzipan and these came in little fruit shapes.. delicious to taste and good to look at too

Ordered these for my mother in law that lives in another city as a Christmas gift. They arrived on time before Christmas and yes she opened them early. She was very happy with these beautiful lil bites. She said they were tasty and very fresh.

The packaging is well sealed so that the contents arrive fresh and flavourful.

This very unique and old fashioned sweet is wonderful for almond lovers

Just love them they where so very good. A little bit pricey which is why I will only order once a year.
