Great product at a fair price'

This is a very good product. Dissolves quickly and almost without flavor. The only thing I don’t like is the bright red color, but other than that, it serves the purpose that a B12 is supposed to. Will purchase again.

It's a good product But do not take B12 at the same time as you take Vit C. I learned that Vit C interfer's with B12s ability to be absorbed - So take your Vit C a couple hours later.

I purchased this B-12 supplement for my mother-in-law in August 2022 when her levels were alarmingly low at <150 pg/mL. Like many others, she had tried various supplements in the past with little to no success. Skeptical but desperate, we decided to give this product a shot, and I am both impressed and slightly concerned by the results. The supplement was easy to use, and my mother-in-law had no issues with the taste or consistency. She took it as directed, and in just a few weeks, we noticed a significant improvement in her energy levels and overall well-being. Her once constant fatigue and cognitive issues seemed to dissipate, which was a huge relief for the whole family. However, the most recent lab results in March 2023 revealed that her B-12 levels had skyrocketed to >2000 pg/mL. While we're thrilled that the supplement worked, we're also a bit taken aback by the potency of the product. It's important to note that the normal range for B-12 levels is typically 200-900 pg/mL, and levels higher than 2000 pg/mL may cause side effects or other health concerns, like: Liver disease, Kidney disease, certain blood disorders, like leukemia or polycythemia vera, and even diabetes. NOT GOOD!!! After consulting with her physician, and given the rapid and extraordinary increase in her B-12 levels, we've determined to stop supplementing. If you're considering using this B-12 supplement, I would highly recommend monitoring your levels closely and discussing any concerns with your healthcare provider. In conclusion, this B-12 supplement has been incredibly effective, but perhaps a little too well. If you're struggling with low B-12 levels and haven't found success with other products, this may be worth trying. Just be sure to keep a close eye on your levels and consult with a medical professional as needed. Happy supplementing!

I hope that this review helps another person who is considering this product. I am a 70-year-old male who is very active and still working. For the past 20 years, I've been taking about 1000mg+ of caffeine every day as 2 or 3 cups of coffee per day plus several 100mg caffeine pills (one pill every few hours) to get past feeling tired during the day. My family said I was addicted to the caffeine pills since I had bottles of them in my car, in my desk at work, and at home. And looking back, I agree. Recently, after an annual physical and bloodwork, my doctor suggested I take B12, which might help. Initially, I tried another B12 pill and later found out with some research that it was the cyanide-based B12, and taken orally and in my stomach, it would do no good. Agreed. I did not feel any benefit. Then I tried this product. What a difference! Now I have just one cup of coffee in the morning and no other caffeine at all during the day. There is a noticeable difference in how alert and clear-thinking I am throughout the entire day. Afternoons at the office are easy right up to 5 PM as I am alert and rocking along. This has really changed the quality of my life! I take this as one pill per day under the tongue in the morning, and it's really amazing. The good news is that the caffeine pills have been put away since they are no longer needed. And in another month or so I will look at them and just throw them out. Please try this product. I hope that it helps you as much as it has changed my world.

Very tiny so easy to take. They dissolve quickly and leave no after taste

These worked great as far as I can tell. The red color didn't bother me and the taste was fine. Unfortunately I will not be ordering again because, for some bizarre reason, THESE CONTAIN LACTOSE. Fellow lactose intolerance sufferers take note! I finished them up by taking lactaid with them but that's an added cost and inconvenience. Too bad, otherwise I would have repurchased.
