Has this product, unique ph, been discontinued by menicon? it's not on their website and appears to have been replaced by menicare pure and/or plus.

I know the question is old but it is still relevant. Unique pH is readily available in the US from their store website, which is now meniconwebstore, and other online pharmacies such as the one that starts with Walgree. Prices are as good if not better than the constantly fluctuating prices here. Maybe it has been discontinued in Japan and that is why they don't list it on the main site anymore.

Why is the price more than double what it was last month?

I call this rich man's eye disease. Many of us are left legally blind without the $$$$ sclerals and the expensive upkeep. These companies know we don't have any other options.

Anyobe ysed this with a rgo and soft conract piggyback for keratoconus?

I am one of the original transplant patients for keratoconus receiving 5 transplants over the years, starting in 1980. They have me in Sclera contacts to protect my corneas. I use Unique Ph as one of the washes for my lenses and love the soothing feeling it gives.

I paid $11.99 per 4oz bottle of Unique Ph just a few months ago - why does it suddenly cost twice as much with most vendors? Does anyone know?

Per my eye Dr the manufacturer wasn't producing enough. He said most eye Drs recommend this one so they got behind. Now it's available again but definitely more expensive. But I like it better than any other kind I tried for soaking and cleaning.
