Fabulous caramel aroma and flavor! Love how this doesnโt bake out of cakes or pastries and adds great caramel flavor to buttercream without the hassle of making and adding from scratch caramel! Very versatile, concentrated flavor. Excellent for adding flavor quickly and great value for money.

Love this stuff, and I don't even use it for baking.
I probably don't use this as intended, since I don't at all use it for baking. I bought a variety pack of tiny LorAnn flavorings for testing, and this one was my favorite, so I got the big bottle. I've been cutting the carbs, but I'm picky about what kind of zero-carb sweeteners I use, and sugar-free syrups for my coffee have sweeteners I'm not a fan of. You should know this *does* contain a little bit of sugar, and propylene glycol, if you have concerns about that, but in the tiny 1/4tsp servings I use, I'm not worried about it. I add just a drizzle to my coffee with cream (I don't even add sweetener at all anymore), and it feels like a treat. A little goes a long way, and I feel zero guilt drinking my fancy coffee.

Great flavor. I use this to flavor vodka for cocktails. I would buy again and try other flavors.

Smells wonderful. Taste, not so great.
I guess I am not clear on using an emulsion. I read that some people use this in their coffee. I thought it might be a nice sugar-free alternative to regular caramel. It smells great but the taste is not so good -- at least not in coffee. It has a weird after taste. Best to use it as it was intended, in baked goods.

Cheap artificial tasting
Expensive yet tastes very cheap and artificial. Bought this for Ninja Creami bases as it was recommended by the site i got the Ninja Creami base recipe from. It tastes horrible and nothing like caramel. Waste of money.
