Szeged Cinnamon Sugar, 6 Pack

I ordered a 6 pack of 8 oz. tins, and received a 6 pack of 6 oz. tins. I notified Amazon and received a replacement order of, you guessed it, another 6 pack of 6 oz. tins. Now, I have 12 6 oz. tins, which is more product than I ordered, but a VERY good buy. In both cases, the produce was sufficiently packaged and both shipments were received without damage. I'll probably never have to order this again, but this is very good cinnamon sugar, and I am quite pleased with the order(s) I received. Giver it a try and really get your money's worth!

Every container will be dentedThere may even be a container with a broken lidI don't think this is Amazon's fault. The packaging from the supplier, 'Szeged' is not sufficient to prevent damage while being thrown around during shipping. The cardboard box won't seem damaged but there will be cinnamon sugar on the bottom of the box, every container will be dinged and say, 'tamper evident' and you may even have a cracked lid [1 out of 6 containers]. It is funny, I found the same container in my local supermarket and this one said, 'tamper evident' on the lid.It is a shame because it is a great thing to have, cinnamon and sugar mixed together.

Ever since my daughter was a little girl she has always liked cinnamon sugar on her toast or english muffin. This is something that I have always made and stored it in a mason jar in the pantry. I first saw this product in our local Wegmans and decided to try a tin of it. WOW...was it good. When we ran out I looked for it again at Wegmans to find out that it was no longer being sold. Did a search and found it here. If you like that cinnamon/sugar combination this stuff is great. It seems to be a finer grade of sugar and is likely bar sugar which is usually sold in the stores as super fine sugar and a really good quality cinnamon.

The last cinnamon and sugar that I purchased unavailable so I bought this brand. It has less sugar than the other kinds have used in the past. I usually just sprinkle this on raisin toast. It's okay but i prefer more sugar. I thought the can was cute but it was difficult to get open and it doesn't sift very well. It's good though.

I have used this product for years and loved it, however when I reordered it from the same company, the flavor appeared to have changed. The cinnamon flavor was less palatable and it did not add the same level of sweetness to the food (French toast). In addition, it seemed to leave an aftertaste.

I bought this product the first time as an impulse item and loved it! This stuff is so good sprinkled on cookies, apple pie, tortilla shells wrapped with fruit or any dish that tastes great with cinnamon. I think the difference between this and other brands is that Szeged also has maple in it which gives a bit more flavor and a crispy texture when baked with.

I love to use this on toast ,or when baking fruit crumble.
