J'achète souvent du vinaigre de riz, la date pour le consommer est habituellement d'environ 2 ans. Ces bouteilles vont expirer dans 1 an seulement. J'en ai acheté plusieurs, je n'aurai pas le temps de toutes les consommer.

Love this rice vinegar. Packaging fir shipping could be improved...

I like the glass i.e. recyclable packaging. I like the size because we use this product often. I like the flavor, which is subtly sweet without any added sugar. There is another version with added sugar if you want that. I like the tradition, it may be corny, but come on - when else do you get a chance to support a business that has been in business for so long? It's like a time machine, eating food flavored with a seasoning just the same as people ate since 1649.
