Evolve 30 II UC Stereo Wired Headset

The sound is perfect and you can hear every word of the person on the other end. I work from home and spend 100% of my time on the phone. The headset is comfortable and mic adjustment is flawless. Volume control is very easy and is conveniently on the extra long cord. This headset is well worth the money you pay for it.

Super easy to use. Took me a while to get it all hooked up the first time but our it department downloaded something and got it working. It's nice to Go wireless, by the end of the day my cord used to get wrapped around everything and my face was practically laying on the keyboard. It's comfortable I work in a call center and wear it all day everyday and it works really well.

I was demo'ing headset for work. We needed to by price conscience within reason, and seemed to be limited to a few brands. Tried this Jabra Evolve 30 II. Like them, so recommended them to the powers-at-be. Now our department of 100+ each is using them. I work from home often, so ended up getting myself a 2nd pair to use at home. That pair, had a small piece snap where the speaker swivels. It was out of warranty, so out of luck. But I still went back and purchased the same pair. They just work. Well. Pros: - usb connector or 3.5mm connector - can be used as headset plugged into mobile phone - while not TOP gaming quality, I've used them as gaming headset on a PlayStation4 - comes with neoprene case - they look professional - inline mute/volume control - Allows some ambient noise (a good thing), 100% noise cancelling then you cannot hear anything around you (not a good thing) - price Cons: - warranty length - pin that hold earpiece/speaker and swivels could be stronger I have recommended these (100+ strong in my department). I bought them twice from home. I'd buy them again.

I am employed at a Government Administration Agency Call Center as an CSR and needed a replacement pair of headphones that where plug in and play compatible with my office system and all at a reasonable price. Tops on my list of functions where Noice cancelation, so that busy background noise would not interfere with my job function and allowing me to hear and transmit clear sound without any interference or interruption. After receiving Jabra Evolve 30 II wired USB A Stereo Headphone w Noice cancelation this past week and I plugging them in for the first time right out of the box. After 15 minutes of having these headsets on they truly live up to what they advertised, comfort, quality, clarity, compatibility all at a great price from Jabra and Amazon. Very Pleased thus far!!!

I very carefully chose this headset after looking at several and reading reviews for hours. It seemed okay at first, I wasn't super happy with the fit, but headsets are generally a bit big on me, so it was whatever. The mute function is super nice and I use it constantly. However, after about a month, I started having issues with it. It cuts out all the time, my clients can't hear me or say it's breaking up, and the audio is just going downhill fast, everything sounds fuzzy, and very consistently. It's so bad I can't use it anymore and I'm resorting to my cheap Skullcandy headphones, which sound far superior and are really mostly for audio. This was a rather expensive purchase, from a company that generally produces quality equipment, for it to have failed and given me so many issues after a month of use. Just very disappointing. UPDATE: Forgot to add, the mute doesn't work.

I use this headset 40 hours a week working in on phone customer support. They're comfy, very long cord, they stay on your head, sound is good. I feel like I got a pretty good deal.
