It's not a kit, just over-priced and excessively dressed up Nutrela-type granules
So, it's not a kit. It literally has a soya/seitan-type granules bag, and a seasoning like a Maggi packet and another with kala namak. That is it! It's also no more processed than the average cheaper granules a dime a dozen. So to make bhurji: - chop your own veggies and fry them - boil, wash(!) and drain/wring out the granules - THEN start actually cooking... And even then the seasonings are not added at one go, so this is not one step! Not worth the price or the sheer time it takes. Tastes nothing like a paneer or egg bhurji even remotely. Main taste is chilli (and the onion and tomato you have to add), the umami is completely overwhelmed For pity's sake, people, use a crumbled tofu block (they are just as shelf-stable and less 'processed food'), Maggi or whatever other seasoning pleases you, and a pinch of kala namak instead. Given you need fresh veggies to even make this, it may as well be no question of shelf-stable anyway.

It's a really nice substitute to eggs. The household likes it. We are buying more. BUT FOR SOME STRANGE REASON, DESPITE ORDERING IT TWICE AGAIN, THE DELIVERIES ARE GETTING HELD UP IN GURGAON. CAN someone please do something about this?

Nothing Great or Different in Taste - Eggless Bhurji
Nothing so great or different in taste. It surely tastes the same Soya chunk made one. If I make it from the regularly available Soya / Nutrela Chunks/granules, it might be more tastier and at a much cheaper cost. Its not worth such high costs.

Horrible !!!
Ordered for 2 numbers of egg less bhurgi of gooddot on 14th instant. Delivery was made to me on 23rd instant. But after opening the parcel I was astonished ๐ฒ ๐ฏ to see the delivered product and found only one pocket of egg less bhurgi instead of 2 pockets. It is really really DISAPPOINTING. Here I am giving one star only BUT THIS RATING IS NOT FOR THE PRODUCT. PRODUCT IS GOOD N I LOVE IT.
