Came with a hole!
This pillow came with an unsealed weight pocket. What really bugs me is I went to the manufacturers website and used their "contact us" form to send a polite message stating that I would like to send them photos so they could address a QC issue and never even received a reply. This U.S.A. company "Texas Rec" doesn't seem to care as much as import companies do to reply to an issue. I like to buy USA made products because I used to think they are better made and cared about continuous improvement.

Just ordered and received my 2nd one!
I had one of these with my first hot tub.. after many years it wore out and I never replaced it. Now that I got a new hot tub.. I had to order another pillow. This one props my head up perfectly so I can lean back and still look forward. This one is great!
