Is the result small to moderate a good reading after two weeks on a ketogenic diet?

After 4 days on strictly adhered to 70-20-10 fat protein carb ratio diet my blood levels of beta-hydroxybuterate were 0.7-2.2 throughout the day, lowest upon waking. I am 29 M and a very non-athletic 24% bodyfat if that helps estimate metabolic rate in comparison to yours. Also as your body keto-adapts it may excrete less in urine over time, though you are in ketosis. You may want to invest in a breath or blood meter if this is something you are interested in tracking long term.

There is a small square at the end of the strip. It turns colors, which you then match to the chart to see where you fall.

Does you cycle change anything?

If there is a lot of blood in the urine, as a result of your period, it should still be possible to read the color change.
