I have 70 inch tv is this suitable for tv size?

how Govee performs on dark accent color walls like "dark gray or blue"?

The TV Backlight performs better in a dim environment. The dark grey/blue walls don't make much of a difference to the lights.

Would this be adequate for a 98" TV?

I had the 65 version on my 85 and it was good, I upgraded to the 75-85 and was way better. So I guess you could try but the camera placement will be difficult. I will probably not recommended for a TV this big, but you can always try, if it does not work you can always returned.
