Good quality B- complex supplement
I've been using this B-vitamin supplement for a little while now, and I'm quite happy with the results. What I really like is the size of the tablets—they are absolutely tiny and so easy to swallow, which is a huge plus. I've also noticed a small but definite boost in my energy levels, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Excellent value for money .
