This rug absorbs great, it really catches even puddles of water and makes it very unlikely you'd slip getting out on a wet floor. It is a bit hard to clean, I've not figured out the best way yet. It also seems to fade and wear down a bit more faster than I'd hoped. Absolutely DO NOT wash or rinse in warm/hot water, as the edges will curl. (this is maybe a no brainer, due to the material)
