Great compression fit to recover from Lipo on the arms, but tight under the shoulder, which digs in a bit, so I'm ordering one size up, hopefully to correct the problem. Overall great fit on the lipo area! Great design, I love the Lace on the sleeves!!

I got a size Medium after reading reviews saying this runs too small and after looking at the size guide. This didn’t work at all for me. Not only was there no compression on my arms (except at the elastic lace band) but the fit was terrible - lots of bunching and the neck and shoulders. There’s no way this wouldn’t be visible under a shirt. Also, it was too tight under the armpits but at the same time falling off. I’m a fairly fit 5’6”, 122 lbs, and I don’t have “big bones” as they say. Perhaps a Small would have provided more compression and a better overall fit across my back, but don’t think I could deal with the additional tightness around the armpit so…this one is being returned.

When I purchased this item, I thought it would have buttons at the front and if you are heavy on the upper part of your body, getting it on will be an issue. It wasn't exactly what I was expecting.

The quality is nice. I thought it would tear at first , but it held. It was abit tight for all day wear. Need help putting it on to slip it all the up to comfort and pull coverage. It can be put on alone, but nice to have a helping hand to pull and set to comfort. Taking off is quick. The sleeve didn't roll that was nice. The back was a little long but I think that's changs with size.

I had my arms lipo and I needed to wear sleeves for at least a month. Even the thought of it was annoying BUT this product made it so easy! It’s comfortable and giving the needed support. I wore it all day and night and was very pleased with results!

I am 124 lbs 5'0" and purchased a medium. Please check and double check as this item is not returnable. The under arm area (if it could talk would had died screaming in oblivion) it was too tight that it hurt putting down ones arms. And if worn for more than 20 minutes, it would had left an undesirable line from the burning sensation the tightness caused. This garment is more for those that really want to torture their armpits. The arm itself had enough room and offered medium compression. Either way those were my problem areas with this piece, hope this helps!

I had upper arm lipo & was given cloth wraps to wear for six weeks to shape the arms & reduce swelling. Those were impossible to fasten & secure. Right away I knew I needed an alternative. I found this arm compression "bolero" & it has been amazing. The other reviewers suggested sizing up 2 sizes & they were right. Hopefully my arms will get smaller as the swelling goes down so I can order a size down to maintain the correct amount of compression. For now, this sleeve is perfect, I have no discomfort with it at all. My PA had me send her the information on what I ordered so she can share it with other patients. Highly recommended!
