My son had three splinters in his hand I only could get two out and the other one that was still in there was bothering him badly. It came with 5 packs with 20 in each. So I put one each in our two cars and gave one to my Sister as well for my little nephew . These little things work well! I got that last splinter out of my sons hand and he didn’t cry or throw a fit because it was very easy to get it out with these without any pain.
