Does exactly what you need it to
Bought these for bleeding the radiators and they do the job perfectly. No drama, no fiddling around trying to improvise with a screwdriver that doesn’t quite fit. Just works. Feels simple but solid enough, and having a spare is handy because these things always seem to disappear when you actually need them. Not much else to say really. It’s a radiator key and it does exactly that. Would recommend keeping one somewhere obvious instead of spending 20 minutes searching like I did.

resistenti e versatili

Sounds daft to review a radiator key, but hear me out.
The annual "why are the radiators gurgling?" season arrived in our house last week. After 20 minutes of rummaging through the 'man drawer' in the kitchen, I had to admit defeat: the tiny, flimsy radiator key we'd had for years was gone for good. I popped onto Amazon and ordered these Merriway ones, mostly because they were brass and looked a bit more substantial than the usual silver ones. And honestly, they're a brilliant little upgrade. The 'Easigrip' handle is the best part – it's like a clock-winding key, so you can actually get a decent hold of it and turn it without shredding your fingers. It makes bleeding the radiators so much less of a faff. They feel really solid. Being brass, you know they're not going to snap or have the square hole round off after a couple of uses. It feels like a proper little tool rather than a disposable bit of metal. It came as a pack of two, which is perfect. I've put one in the drawer and hung the other on a little hook in the boiler cupboard, so hopefully, I won't be in the same situation next year. Verdict: It's just a radiator key, so I can't get too poetic about it. But it's a well-made, sturdy, and easy-to-use version of something that's usually a pain. A tiny, cheap improvement that makes a boring job just that little bit easier. Well worth it.
