The tuners are fine for the price point. BUT…The photo on Amazon is NOT the product shipped.Be sure you’re buying 6-In-line tuners, not the 3X3 as pictured. WATCH OUT!!!

They seem OK but wrong.
It seems we have a conflicting definition for the word "inline" . You see, I assumed the word inline meant in a line. As "I have an inline six cylinder engine" or "everything is inline" Even the phrase " In Line" indicates that all the items, people or pistons are inline. So if one were to look at the tuning pegs on their guitar, mandolin, bass guitar.... dang maybe even a zither, they are either 4, 6 in a row, aka; "Inline" or 3 on one side, 3 on the other. I am not sure what it is called on a guitar but I know it is not inline. Watch: @@@@@@ this is INLINE. This however /// \\\ is NOT inline. So now that we all know this, could the seller possibly tell me how I am to install these? Sure, I can machine them or I can modify the guitar a little bit more. What I would like however is to get what I paid for. BTW, they are OK. Not awesome, but not rubbish, just OK. Will they hold a string tight and in tune for a while? Probably. I may never know.

Pay attention. LOTS of Amazon listings for low price 'locking' tuners are NOT locking as shown.
