somewhat useful for resonance experiments in introductory physics
We have used this tuning fork, at 659 Hz, as one of the tuning forks, in our resonance tube experiment for introductory physics. With our resonance tubes, it has two resonances within range. The sound from the tuning fork is not very loud, but it is possible to hear the resonances.

Almost infallible.
If you want a trusty reference for checking guitar tuning, This is it.Handy to have is this almost infallible reference to check E (1) string.Handy if gigging, no fiddling with clip-ons.Getting a good clean E, then adjust the other strings to it.

Diapason à branches John Walker
Bon produit arrivé comme prévu dont le seul défaut est d'avoir un résonance trop courte à mon goût, sinon il est juste, ce qui est l'essentiel.

Top marks all round
Perfect pitch for "top E" (1st) guitar string and good sustain. Good British steel and value for money.Arrived the day after it was ordered.
