Sometimes, I need help after awakening in the middle of the night. I'll take two capsules for sleep, and sometimes, I have beautiful dreams I think about when awakening. My dreams are interesting, never nightmares; I'm on my second bottle of this - I'll always have it available.

Starting with the company name 'Type Zero'. According to the website they market, zero artificial sweeteners/ naturally derived ingredients. Company is owned by a Type-1 diabetic, which maybe true but possibly could be used as market targeting demographic, for the most part looks like a good company. Design and labels are clean, would appeal to most people as it did lure me in as well. My reason for picking this up was to see his phosphatidylserine would help in my daily life, and I also happened to be looking for Huperazine-A at the same time, which just so happens require a choline source to work optimally. So this indeed would be a all in one nootropic for that purpose, the pricing to serving ratio warranted atleast trying out the product, before I went ahead and purchased (Huperazine-A and phosphatidyl, alongside Alpha-GPC which I already used. In terms of effectiveness, I can't speak on the phosphatidyl as it's not as pronounced in noticing it's effects, however Huperazine-A in this product worked for certain as I did notice enhanced cognitive functions and lucid dreaming on the days I took it around 5pm, prior to studying. The dosages in the product are also adequate to those used in studies, perhaps 200mg more of alpha gpc, however a lot of foods you eat include choline and this can be taken into account. I would rate this a 5, if there were lab results for purity of batches, as the company does claim 'high quality ingredients', but the only way to prove this is with lab results. This works. It doesn't have the ginkgo and other crap that will accumulate and make your blood toxic. I'm rather upset it's out of stock. This convenience is the reason I haven't been making my own.If you (vendor) need the base products, I have suppliers for that, but I don't have the time and equipment to manufacture. Bought mostly for the huperzine.77 yr old. Purely anecdotal, of course, but my mood and mental clarity seem to have gone through a significant boost since using this.I'm generally not a fan of supplements, I only take one capsule a day.YMMV

I got this because I had read some research from Harvard Medical School about how Phosphatidyl Serine is good for lowering high cortisol levels and wanted to try for myself. After COVID and high stress life events, I figured it would be worth trying. The short answer is yes, yes it is. Usually when I get startled badly, I have a searing shock like pain through my body, almost as if I have touched an electric fence. After about two weeks of using this product, I’ve noticed that this dulled my autonomic response significantly. I don’t feel like I’m having that excruciating shock any longer. I highly recommend. I started using this as kind of a cortisol weight related tool and found better benefits.
