works well but is noisy
Well if you need it you need it and there is nothing that does this at 18amps. Easy to use, love wifi, cannot figure out a few things but oh well it does more than i expected to start with. not for use in the bedroom :-), is loud as others noticed. For the noise you can find some suggestions online as this unit is fairly popular and lot of DIY for it. I got it to charge my batteries and for small design projects. I have seen that there is plenty of noise on the output so for precise electronics you may need to add a circuit to clean it up. overall i am happy i do not need to baby sit as I can see what is going on via my cell phone via my network and that includes temperature sensors.

Extremadamente Ruidosa
La fuente interna de 65v es excesivamente ruidosa, viene una resistencia de 2 ó 3 watts para “evitar el ruido” La resistencia solo calienta demasiado y no evita el molesto ruido, cuando se tiene una carga conectada disminuye, pero cuando no hay carga, esta en espera o cuando se apaga el display, es demasiado molesta. Es demasiado incómodo trabajar de esa manera. Prefiero la más pequeña de la misma marca resulta ser más práctica. DEFINITIVAMENTE NO LA RECOMIENDO. Lamento haber tirado casi 5Mil pesos a laBasura cuando pude haber invertido el doble o triple en algo de mejor calidad, una rigol por ejemplo. Ojalá les sirva la opinión.

Awesome bench power supply!
Easy to use and plenty of power! However, the rear power switch started to fail after a few months. Fortunately they sent a replacement switch ASAP which fixed the issue. A+ customer service!

Can sustain at ~780w. Strong burning plastic smell
Item can sustain 780w output, close enough to the 800w rating.Efficiency not so good: when outputing 780w it draws around 860w, making it less than 90% efficient.STRONG burning plastic smell: while internal temperature only reached ~110f, the smell was so strong I had to open the windows for ventilation in my RV. They're using some cheap plastic here.
