Tie breaks
The red tie that pulls out of the seam around the opening breaks often when I stretch the bag to make it fit around the rim of my garbage can. Though I can tie the single strand of the broken red strip to the loop of the red strip at the opposite end and cinch it almost closed, but not all the way like I would be able to if I were tying two unbroken loops. Update: I no longer have a problem with the red tape breaking. When cinching up the ends of the red tape, the bag doesn't close all the way, like a traditional brand does.

These bags are great for the price! They are extremely durable. They are super thick and great for big loads. Will purchase again.

They get the job done, but are not heavy duty. So if you have a random stick in there, expect a tear or two.

do not buy these bags.. when you shake them to open the bags the sides always split open. you never get a chance try and fill the bag.
