I have been using it for a few years and it significantly helped my bone density ( along with high dose D3) great bone supplement!

This vitamin gave me a big boost in muscle strength through my upper back, shoulders and arms and gave me back my energy and the desire to do all the things I love to do. The pills are easy to swallow, I have not had an upset stomach and I can lift my 30lb granddaughter with ease.

Bought this product because it was recommended for bone growth. Easy to swallow, but expensive because have to take 3 pills. Will buy more

This is a great supplement. I have osteoporosis and I really think it helps!

I love these. I had a fracture that had to have pins in it… after two X-rays that were unchanging I tried these. I could visibly see a difference 2 weeks later on x-rays and the doctor was so pleased he removed my pins. They are LARGE but the x-rays don’t lie. I’m so happy.

Not enough calcium for osteoporosis

Since I started taking this and a joint support capsule I have not had the daily hip and low back pain I was having!

I really love this product! However, it is quite pricey. Don't know if I will be getting it again.
