My OTO-ease is made by Westone, a Colorado company.

what are the ingredients?

I don't know what the ingredients are, but I know they help me with my hearing aids. Also, they have been recommend to me by two different audiology doctors.

You put a drop on the ear piece before you put it in your ear allowing ear piece to slid in easier works as advertised

Seems to be for custom ear molds. I have hearing aids with a "dome" and have itching problems in my ear. Will this work for domes, also?

My hearing aids have a silicone dome covering the speaker area and it works great. Just don’t put any product near the speaker area.
