Worth the cost
My wife has had an Achilles tendon issue for the last two years and has tried everything from physical therapy to compression socks. The most trying times are getting out of bed in the morning and standing after a prolong period of sitting. As opposed to compression socks this compression sleeve gives her far more support and enables her to not have to spend time loosening up before standing and walking. Of everything she's tried, these compression sleeves give the right amount of support in the right places. She is thoroughly satisfied with the product.

Comfy yet supportive for hubby’s sprain
I bought this wrap for my husband. He sprained his ankle very badly. I couldn’t talk him into going to ER. We used an ACE bandage for about 1 week or so. He kept having problems at work with getting his bandage too loose for enough support or too tight for good circulation and the swelling would bunch up at top of bandage. Either way, it compounded his pain. I took a chance off of good reviews on this brace. He was skeptic but said he felt relief as soon as he put it on. It gives just right amount of compression and support without being cumbersome. There’s no way he would’ve agreed to wear a big brace or boot. It even fit under his dress socks for work. He wears size 9 shoes and the medium fits him perfectly even with some swelling. There is room for adjustment to either tighten or loosen as needed. It’s got stretch to it. It cradles his foot. The brace is stitched in a way that the heel stays put. There’s not really any guesswork in how to put it on. He hasn’t had any problems with it slipping. He says it’s actually pretty comfortable. His sprain was sort of high up on the ankle but this brace extended high enough to support it still. I’d say almost crew sock height. There really isn’t anything negative to say about it. Very happy with it. Founder sent email to give tips on care if the brace. Offered refund if we didn’t like it. So customer service sounds good though we didn’t need to use it.

Well made BUT too much pressure on the insteps. Upgraded to larger size way better now
Good fit good quality and prompt delivery. Provide solid ankle and Achilles support at the gym. Update- 4/29/17- Now that I had a chance to wear it for 5 consecutive days, I can no longer give this product 5 stars. I bought 2 pairs so I was able to wear a fresh one to the gym every day while the other is being air dry after hand washing. Have to take away 4 stars from the original 5 because I simply cannot wear this more than an hour without feeling much pain around my insteps for both feet (my left foot is suffering from Achilles tendonitis.) it gives good Achilles support but places too much pressure on the insteps as one can see the very deep indentation marks left by the elastic material. Foot circumference was measured to be 12.25" for both feet so size medium was ordered. Update: Seller was great to work with. Since I already washed the 2 pairs I bought, they cannot be return for a replacement. Seller send me a free one ( large size ) for better fit and comfort. Sure enough, this new pair is like night and day. I can wear it for 2 hours at the gym with great support and no discomfort. I am revising my rating to 4 stars. Might even up to 5 stars if the comfort holds up over time. I tried 3 other brands and none come close to quality, support and comfort comfort to PowerLix.

A Must-Have Addition For Hikers
This review is from my first experience wearing these. I purchased and used these ankle compression sleeves for a recent hiking excursion in Kings Canyon. I had sprained my ankle on a hike a few months back and noticed flare up's every time I went hiking after that (normal, but annoying). Of course, this wasn't an option for Kings Canyon, so I decided to test these babies out on a 2-day hike through the Sierra Nevada's. First thoughts upon opening: the material is a decent thickness. These do not feel cheap. AND there are no seams! AWESOME! Day 1: these guys got me through 10 miles of hiking without a problem. I may have pushed it a bit when we decided to add a few more miles on to that. I couldn't really walk that evening without my ankle hurting. FYI - I don't blame any of this on the ankle compression sleeves, though! They were ultimately delaying the inevitable. Day 2: Hiked 4.5 miles with only a few aches at the end (which is awesome considering how the day before ended... the sleeves are magic!)... and then another 8 which I could barely walk for. Basically what I'm saying here is that the product works great! And I would probably not be able to walk today if I hadn't used them! A note to the purchaser, though, because this is important. Do not expect these to FIX a sprain or to replace comfortable shoes. The sprain will still be there, these will just get you further than you would without them. Paired with comfortable shoes, and they are a dream. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for Comfort is that these did irritate the tops of my feet a bit. It felt a bit like a "rug burn" from the material. Normally, I wouldn't take points off because of how long I wore them, but this "burn" feeling started less than a mile in on Day 1. However, it was not unbearable and could have been because it was my first time wearing them. Just wanted to make note for those of you with sensitive skin. I would definitely buy these again and will be wearing these on future hikes.

Great for Achilles Tendonitis
I can't say enough good things about this product. I've been dealing with some achilles tendonitis primarily in my right leg following some fairly intense calisthenics training at home during this quarantine, and I needed something to help me stabilize the achilles while ice, rest, massage, NSAIDs, and time help me recover, and this brace was perfect. I've only had the braces for 3 days (and I'm only at like week 2 of what will probably be a 4-6 week recovery) but I can't even begin to tell you difference between wearing the brace and not. When I'm not wearing it, I have these sharp little pains every once in a while in my achilles and I have to walk around gingerly (mostly out of precaution and anxiety), but when I wear the brace I completely forget that I tweeked my achilles. The pain is gone, range of motion is back, and I don't have anxiety walking around the house. Obviously this is not a cure and I will be doing a rotation of ice, rest, massage, and periodic NSAIDs for inflammation over the next several weeks, but wow, the difference between wearing the brace and not wearing the brace is incredible. I think it is going to end up speeding up my recovery too. Only advice I can give is make sure you follow the directions before you order and you measure your ankle/heel because I've seen some people's reviews that clearly didn't measure it didn't measure correctly and they ended up getting a size that was too small or too big. My ankle/heel measures 12" exactly, and the medium fits perfectly. Not too tight, not too loose. Doesn't cut off circulation but it has a solid compression feel. Oh and FYI, it comes with 2 in a pack--luckily I only needed 1, but I didn't realize that when I ordered it so I may have accidentally ordered 2 had it needed 2.

Looks great but didn't work for me. Correction Did Work For Me.
I liked the look of these braces but looks aren't everything as we know. What I didn't like, first off I measured very carefully and it said I needed a medium. These were so tight it hurt my fingers trying to get them off and on. The top rim of the sock is quite large and it hurt my calf where it was digging in. I did not consider exchanging them for the larger size as I didn't feel like these gave me enough support so I am sending them back. I was persuaded by the Company rep. to try the larger size and it's true what they say Size does make a difference or should I say Correct Size does make a difference . Getting the larger size has sold me on these braces. These are the most comfortable ankle braces I have ever had and I've had many of them. They offer support in all of the right places and the hem of the brace that is under your foot is so fine that it is hardly noticeable and doesn't cause any problems at all. The calf hem is large but doesn't seem to be an issue, although I would have preferred a smaller rim like the one at the other end. The less bulk the better in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this company, they will go out of their way to make it work for you and if all else fails they will refund your money no questions asked. I have a tendency to have weak ankles so these help me a lot when I play tennis as they give me just the extra support I need. I have one negative issue which in no way takes anything away from the ankle brace and it is with having to jump through hoops to register and get the User Manual. There were three options available on a card that came in the package and I couldn't get any of them to work without either joining Facebook or downloading an app. A simple link on the Amazon website would suffice or a pdf download of the user manual. Not a game changer by any means but just a little annoyance.

Work great, highly recommend
For the price of two, these are above and beyond better than anything I could purchase locally—good compression and support for a strained foot. I would highly recommend these to anyone.

Good fitment.
Fits good, seems to be supportive enough. Didnt have to size down to get a good compression. Feels like good quality but only used them for about a week so far. If you are hesitant wether to buy or not buy, i'd say its a good purchase considering price.
