Quality product with multiple functionality. Two thumbs up!
Installed the fan/light/heat lamp over 2 years ago and it still works like a charm. This is a must have for all bathrooms. Not only does it ventilate the humidity out when taking hot showers/baths, it lights up the room and keeps you warm when you come out during not so warm weather so you don't have to turn on your heater. Installation was easy. Just need an opening big enough to house the unit and it sits in place with springs if I remember correctly. I chose to use a transparent heat lamp bulb vs the traditional red heat lamp bulb, which I think is easier on the eyes, no need to transition from dim red lighting back to normal lighting. Only comment is that the fan is a bit noisy. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

The item arrived on time and was what had been ordered.
We ordered the fan to replace parts that were no longer functioning in the existing fan, which was 16 years old, and the parts fit as we/d hoped they would.
